Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course fees are noted with each course listing. Payment of these course fees is required before the first class session. In most courses, students are responsible for purchasing any special materials required for the class. No registration is complete without the payment of all applicable fees or receipt of official authorization for payment from the registrant’s employer. Methods of payment include PayPal or others.
- All refunds are to be made within 30 days after receiving notice in writing from the student or dismissal.
- Student drops course prior to course start date. Full refund (100%) of the amount paid reimbursed to the student. A written confirmation require from student / customer before start of course.
- Student drops after first class than 50% of the amount paid as reimbursed
- Student drops in middle of the course than No refund or credit will be given.
- A 25% of administration fee will be charge if request made as Urgent Call.
- Student can request to makeup class if he / she not able to make regular class for any given day. Please inform us at least a day early.
- Understand these are group classes. Classes are design to support virtual classroom for many students. Maximum 20 number of students can enroll in one class / course, based on Canadian schooling standards.
- Student will not be eligible for any makeup class if he / she missed his / her class as per given schedule.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests must include students and customers full name, course title. Submit request via email to: refund@kzo.a32.myftpupload.com.
The date of the completed request and the start date of the course will determine what refund or credit, if any, shall be due. Refunds can be expected approximately 2-4 weeks after the request is submitted. Please call us at 1 (647) 933-2708 if you have any questions.
